Tea is a very healthy drink. It has been around for centuries and a lot of people have benefitted from it.To maintain a healthy weight the Ancient Chinese relied on Green Tea, which are fattening when taken in excess. Some of our ancestors also credit the tea for giving them long and healthy lives and for giving them energy. People of today have the same purpose for drinking tea. tea is believed to be capable of keeping our bodies healthy. In fact it has numerous benefits. To maintain a healthy body weight people drink tea, others drink tea in order to improve their digestion, to have more energy people drink tea and to help them sleep soundly at night people drink tea. When we speak of tea we immediately think of those tiny teabags we soak in hot water, however, there is a different kind of tea and that is the loose leaf tea.

The loose leaf tea is the opposite of the teabag tea. From the term itself it is easy to understand that loose leaf tea is not placed in a teabag or in any type of container. The very leaves of the loose leaf tea are the ones that are soaked in water, unlike those teabags wherein the leaves are crushed. In addition to that loose leaf tea has more flavor and taste because the leaves are intact thus keeping the flavor intact as wel.
